In tandem with the Smart Parking Management Plan highlighted in Subcomponent 3.1 (a) —which will also establish an institutional framework for parking management—this subcomponent will support the operationalization of a Smart Parking Management System, including the procurement of hardware and development of software, and the implementation of a zonal parking system with differentiated pricing.
