Within the project, the grievances and feedback have started to be received on a regular basis in the buildings of the khoroo’s that are working on street renovation and road work

Within the framework of the project’s Grievance and Redress Mechanism, the feedback boxes have been placed in the buildings of the project-affected khoroo’s halls,  namely 5^th, 6^th, 7^th, 8^th, 12^th, 13^th, 14^th, 15^th, 16^th, 17^th, 18^th, 19^th, 27^th, 29^th, 30^th, 31^st, 37^th, 43^rd khoroo’s of the Songinokhairkhan districts. Moreover, the 18 khoroo’s governors and employees were provided with detailed information about the project and agreed to regularly exchange any feedback related to the project with the Project management office in the future.
