A civil work commencement meeting were help within the framework of Unur Microdistrict Street project.

On April 17, 2025, an information meeting was successfully organized with the participation of approximately 300 residents and representatives of businesses from Khoroos 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 30, 31, and 43 of Songinokhairkhan District. The meeting was jointly organized with the participation of representatives from the World Bank, the Project Management Office, the Governor’s Office of Songinokhairkhan District, the Consultant Team (FinnOC Consulting and “MCPC” LLC), and the Contractor (joint venture between “Max Road” LLC and “Arj Capital” LLC).

The main objective of the meeting was to provide local residents and businesses with information related to the upcoming construction works under the “Unur Microdistrict Street” project—specifically regarding the construction schedule, planning, road design, traffic management measures, potential environmental and social risks and their mitigation, as well as the project’s communication channels and grievance redress mechanisms.

During the meeting, the updated feedback boxes were also located in the Citizen’s Halls of the respective khoroos to ensure continuous operation of the grievance mechanism and enable public to submit their feedback and concerns for timely resolution.
