On March 22, 2024, the consulting team organized a stakeholder discussion as part of the “Sustainable Urban Mobility Strategy for Ulaanbaatar City.” The primary aim was to engage the stakeholders and public by presenting the current traffic conditions, addressing challenges and solutions, understanding their expectations and needs, and incorporating their feedback into future plans and strategies.

In this initial planning stage, representatives from the Capital Governor’s Office, relevant implementing agencies, associations for citizens with special needs, and approximately 40 civil society organizations participated, contributing their perspectives and exchanging ideas.
